These web pages are dedicated to Americans who want to see constructive changes in current marijuana laws. Like most Americans, the vast majority of these millions of marijuana users are otherwise law-abiding citizens who work hard, raise families and contribute to their communities; they are indistinguishable from their non-smoking peers, except for their use of marijuana. They are not part of the crime problem and should not be treated like criminals. Arresting and jailing responsible marijuana users is a misapplication of criminal sanction which undermines respect for the law in general. The concepts that people only use marijuana only to "get high" and that marijuana is the "gate way drug" that leads to the misuse of other more harder and dangerous drugs is total BS! The TN420 does not advocate the misuse of any drugs that are either legal or illegal by anyone and especially not by minors. We do not advocate that everyone use or try marijuana. The majority of most marijuana users enjoy a relaxing natural type of non-addicting high.
If you use marijuana only to "get high" to escape reality you will only be disappointed and may mislead yourself into looking for answers by using or experimenting with other drugs. We do not feel that this is the right answer or logical approach to anything especially if you are experting personal problems or difficulties.
Responsible marijuana users do so only to relax and enjoy mostly in the privacy of their homes or with close friends and want a natural type of "high". They are not wanting to get the totally messed up out of control type of addicting high associated with other drugs such as alcohol, cocaine, or heroin.
Because of problems and misuses of other drugs - Most law makers have associated marijuana as the "gate way" drug solely based on the misuse by others and have enacted ill conceived drug laws in regards to marijuana.
At the TN420 we do not feel that hard line law enforcement in regards to the so called drug problem in American is the answer. That education along with factual information in helping people solve their personal problems by counseling in getting people off addicting and dangerous drugs is the real issues that all Americans should be concerned with!
We firmly support the total legalization of marijuana for use by other wise responsible law abiding citizen in a responsible matter to put an end what we consider to be an insane madness.

No you do not need to be a wizard or genus to figure it out - Just use good common sense in whatever you do!
